Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential. At no time will your information be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.

All transactions made through the Rubber Monkey are processed by our SSL secured server. Credit cards are processed through DPS payment express and at no time do we store your credit card numbers.

All orders are initially verified by DPS. In certain cases, we will need to contact you for more information:

• if DPS cannot verify your information
• if your credit card billing and shipping addresses are different
• if your transaction is over $1000

In these cases, a Rubber Monkey sales representative will phone you to discuss your transaction. For the protection of your identity and the security of your order, you may be ask for one or several of the following. A fax copy of the credit card used for this transaction, the credit card's CCV number, the details of your driver license number, a scan of the ID pages of your Passport and your signature.

Your order cannot be shipped until this verification process is complete. We reserve the right to decline any order, in which case the credit card holder will be refunded.
