CHAUVET Ovation F-95WW LED Spot

Description

The Ovation F-95WW LED Spot from Chauvet features a compact and lightweight luminaire that delivers a soft, flat field from a high-quality glass Fresnel lens. The Ovation F-95WW is built to work on a stand-alone basis in a variety of stage and TV applications but is fully DMX enabled for minute-by-minute control through a lighting board. Its large zoom range of 10 to 54° and soft, warm white wash make it a versatile replacement for tungsten fresnel lights. The Ovation also operates silently and at a much lower temperature making this unit a good choice for any theatrical or studio applications. The low power draw of the Ovation - less than 1 Amp - enables the user to daisy chain up to 15 units on a single 120V circuit. Incorporated auto voltage sensing circuitry allows for operation world-wide with the appropriate adapter.

The Ovation features 16-bit resolution through its on-board dimmer which allows for the smoothest possible lighting transitions, without any apparent "stepping" and for custom dimming curves. As a dramatic element of anyone's light show during music events and parties, the Ovation can be used as a variable-rate strobe unit.

DMX Personalities

The Ovation is capable of running in single, two, or three channel modes. Three channel mode allows for effects such as strobing.

DMX Control

DMX Control allows you to assign each unit a unique starting address on the DMX controller. All units with the same starting address will respond together.

Dimmer - Menu Control

By going to the DIM main level it is possible to control the unit's output via the LED display and up or down buttons.

Dimmer - Manual Control

The Ovation can be manually adjusted by using the dimmer adjustment knob. The desired dimmer setting can be attained by turning the knob clockwise or counter-clockwise.

Master/Slave Mode

Allows a single Ovation F-95WW to control the actions of one or more units ("slaves") without the need of a DMX controller to control the slave units. The master will be set to operate in Master mode, while the slaves will be set to operate in Slave mode. Once set and connected, the slaves will operate in unison with the master unit.

Power Linking

Multiple units can be run from a single 120 or 230 volt power feed: 15 units @ 120 V 25 units @ 208 V 28 units @ 230 V

Performance Power Output Options

The Ovation F-95WW has three power output options for the cooling of the fixture's LEDs. Select LIVE to cool the LEDs by balancing the use of the fan and the power output level. Select STDO to cool the LEDs by maintaining the use of the fan and limiting the power output level. Select POWR to cool the LEDs by maintaining the use of the fan and allowing full power output.
