The 2TB StoreJet 300 Portable Hard Drive from Transcend is formatted in HFS+ for use with your Mac that can store up to 512 hours of full HD video, over 32,000 hours of digital music, or 960,000 of high resolution digital images. It is also compatible with Windows computers but requires reformatting. The StoreJet 300 is equipped with a Thunderbolt port for transferring data to your computer with a rate up to 10 Gb/s. In addition, it is also built with a USB 3.0 port that offers 10 times the bandwidth of USB 2.0. The hard drive features a read speed up to 120MB/s to provide quick access to your data. For protecting the hard drive, the StoreJet 300 is equipped with an internal hard drive suspension system to provide shock resistance.

The StoreJet 300 supports Time Machine, which allows you to back up and synchronise data on your Mac computer. Transcend also offers a free download of Transcend Elite data software that makes it easy to keep important files organised, protected, and up-to-date. Furthermore, the StoreJet 300 powers itself from your computer via Thunderbolt or USB. Included with the StoreJet 300 are a travel pouch, Thunderbolt, and USB 3.0 cables.
