Description

The STRAFE Backlit Mechanical Keyboard from Corsair is equipped with Cherry MX Brown key switches that offer a light resistance of 45 g and a small tactile bump without any audible clicking noise. Connect this keyboard to your system via USB and you'll be able to adjust lighting, macros, and profiles through Corsair Utility Engine (CUE). There's also a USB pass-through port so you can connect additional peripherals directly to the keyboard. Furthermore, it supports anti-ghosting and 104-key rollover to keep up with fast and simultaneous key presses so every command will be recognised. Profiles and settings are saved in the keyboard's on-board memory, so you can take your customisations with you when you connect this keyboard to another computer. A Windows key lock feature prevents accidental presses of the key from interrupting your game. Included with the keyboard are keycaps for FPS and MOBA games and a keycap puller.

Cherry MX Brown Switches
Mechanical keyboards utilise a different type of key switch technology for a more durable and unique typing experience. The Cherry MX Brown switch has an actuation force of 45 g and offers a small tactile bump when pressed, letting you know that the key has registered. This can be useful for typing or preparing for a movement while gaming. Unlike Cherry MX Blue switches, these do not have an audible "click" mechanism, allowing for a quieter operation. Noise generated from this keyboard will be from the key either springing back into place or "bottoming out" – making contact with the back plate after a particularly hard press.
