Description

The LD Systems Stinger MON101AG2 10" 2-Way Active Stage Monitor is a compact active monitor with optimal frequency response and a maximum sound-level pressure of 121 dB designed for live sound, theatre, house of worship, and other PA applications.

The  10" Low-Frequency Driver with an integral 1" HF driver have a dispersion angle of 75x75°; it seats at an angle of 35° and provides 600W peak power-driven by a Class AB amplifier. It has a short-circuit protection and a limiter ensuring reliable operation.

The cabinet is made of half-inch-thick plywood with ergonomically shaped insert handles on both sides of the monitor making it easier to transport to different events or move around a venue.

Balanced Combo XLR-1/4" Jack Input

The XLR input socket is used to connect to a mixing board or another signal source.

Direct Out: Balanced XLR Output

Used to loop through the signal from the line input.

Main Level

Volume control for the powered stage monitor.

Power LED

Lights up when the monitor is switched on and connected to the power mains.

Signal LED

Lights up when an audio signal is present at the line input.

Limit LED

Lights up if the monitor is operating in the clipping range. Brief flashing is not a cause for concern, since the internal audio limiter compensates for over-modulation. Permanent illumination should be avoided by reducing the input level.
