The Lensbaby Composer Pro II Creator Kit for Canon EF includes the Composer Pro II with Sweet 35 Optic, Sweet 50 Optic, Sweet 80 Optic, Edge 50 Optic, Cleaning Cloth and System Bag. The Composer Pro II is the base for Lensbaby’s unique Optic Swap System, which allows you to change out the Optic inside your lens, meaning you have four different lenses in one and less equipment to carry.

The ‘Sweet’ Optics produce a circular area of focus, surrounded by gradually increasing blur and bokeh. The Sweet 35 Optic is a 35mm f/2.5 lens, Sweet 50 Optic is a 50mm f/2.5 lens, and Sweet 80 Optic is a 80mm f/2.8 lens. Tilting one of these optics inside the Composer Pro II allows you to move your area of focus around the frame to highlight what you want and draw your viewer’s eye to the important element in your image while gradually blurring out the rest.

The Edge 50 Optic is a 50mm f/3.2 lens that creates a linear area of focus when tilted in the Composer Pro II. Tilt the lens in whichever direction you want your line of focus to be, and then rotate the focus ring until the line crosses your subject. Keeping the lens pointed straight ahead allows you to use your lens like a standard 50mm prime with no creative effect. The Edge 50 Optic is perfect for creating miniature cityscapes, unique portraits, or thought-provoking street scenes.
