Magix Movie Studio Platinum 13 is video and audio editing software for computers and tablets running Windows. This is the electronic download version of the educational edition. To qualify, you must be a student, faculty member, staff member, or an accredited institution. Additionally, you will need to provide proof of your academic status via the Magix Create Software website during the activation process.
Notable features for the Platinum edition include support for 4K content in the XAVC S codec as well as stereoscopic 3D editing tools right on the timeline. In addition, it features touchscreen support and a redesigned, simplified Make Movie export interface. With Movie Studio you can import and capture from a variety of sources, such as card-based camcorders, Firewire-based tape camcorders, smartphones, DSLRs, point-and-shoot cameras, and more. It can export in a multitude or formats and quality settings, including optimized presets for uploading to YouTube and other websites. And with a plethora of audio editing tools, as well as over 500 effects with complete keyframe control, Movie Studio Platinum offers a lot more than just basic cutting and splicing.
