Description

MSI's B250 Gaming M3 ATX Motherboard sports an Intel B250 chipset and an LGA1151 socket, letting you build a Windows system running on a 7th-generation Intel processor. The motherboard is designed for gaming environments by offering two PCIe 3.0 x16 slots for your dedicated graphics cards. It allows you instal up to 64GB of DDR4 2400 MHz memory modules, via four DIMM slots, and up to six SATA-based storage drives. Additionally, you can mount up to two ultra-fast SSDs to the motherboard's M.2 slots.

For non-gaming builds, the motherboard can deliver detailed visuals using integrated Intel graphics through its HDMI and DVI-D outputs. In addition to the PCIe 3.0 x16 slots, MSI has outfitted this motherboard with four PCIe 3.0 x1 slots, enabling you to upgrade its capabilities with Wi-Fi and USB expansion cards. There's also an onboard Realtek ALC1220 audio codec chip to immerse you in sounds using your speakers or headset.

The B250 Gaming M3 motherboard comes with a total of eight USB ports with varying speeds. The two USB 2.0 ports can be used for keyboards and mice, while two USB 3.0 ports with 5 Gb/s speeds are suitable for external storage drives.
