The SWIT PL-E90 90W Portable Bi-colour LED Light is specifically designed for portable lighting applications in the field. With 480pcs SMD-LEDs mounted in the inner edge of the light frame and SWIT's innovative 90° light guide technology, the PL-E90 provides bright, soft, and evenly spread light. Additionally, the light body is slim and portable, making it an ideal light source for interview kits and field video productions.
Unlike traditional edge mounted LED lights that suffer from brightness loss, the SWIT PL-E90 utilizes laser dots on the reflection glass to converge the multi-angled edge light onto the laser dots. This allows for a maximum output of 90° to the front, minimizing light loss. As a result, the slim edge mounted light is still able to deliver high brightness.
With a power output of 90W, the PL-E90 provides 2200Lux luminance at 1 meter distance (center), making it significantly brighter than other LED panels of similar size. It also features a 70° effective beam angle with a 50% decline boundary. Notably, the PL-E90 supports smooth and non-flickering 0 to 100% PWM digital dimming.
The rear LCD screen on the PL-E90 conveniently displays the current dimmer percentage, color temperature value, DMX channel, CH channel, and remaining battery indications.
