Description

The Sony CBK-DCB01 Control Interface Unit for Select Canon & Fuji Zoom Lenses is an interface box that allows use of available select Fuji and Canon focus and zoom demand controllers to control available servo controlled lenses mounted on select Sony cameras. The interface box receives the signals from the Fuji or Canon controller, converts the signal, and sends it to the camera, where the camera then controls the lens. This allows you to mount the camera on a tripod or pedestal, and operate zoom, focus and iris from the controllers.

Worth noting is the built in zoom rocker that can be used to drive compatible servo zooms lenses that do not require the Canon or Fuji demand controllers such as the Sony SCL-Z18X140. The unit connects to the camera using the included 3' cable, and it features an RM port, that passes through controls from an available sony RMB-150/170 paint box, so you can use the paint box unit while the CBK-DCB01 remains attached. The unit features a power indicator LED, and zoom/focus indication, and the included mounting hardware allows you to attach it to a tripod/pedastool's pan handle.

• The CBK-DC01 can be used to control the zoom, focus, and iris of select servo controlled lenses mounted on the Sony PMW-F3, EX3K, PMW-300K/320K/330K/350K/500, and PMW-EX350K.
• Works with both Fujinon and Canon Zoom/focus demand controllers.
• It allows remote control an available Sony SCL-Z18X140lens on the Sony PMW-F3, or the lens that came with the PMW-EX3K, PMW-300K/320K/330K/350K, and the Fuji VCL81BYS when used on the Sony PMW-350/500.
• The built-in 8-pin remote connector allows you to keep the interface box connected to the camera, and still use an available RMB-150/170 to control the paint functions of the camera.
• Power indicator LED glows Green when camera is connected, orange when power is low.
• The controller includes hardware that allows you to clamp it to a pan handle.
