Description

The Teradek VidiU Go HDMI Unit is a live video transmission system that supports HDMI video signals up to 1080p60. The unit features two USB 2.0 ports for streaming via USB modems as well as Ethernet and Wi-Fi streaming ports. The VidiU Go HDMI is a bonded device, which allows you to stream over bonded networks by distributing the bandwidth of your streaming signal between the attached modems. You can stream to multiple platforms simultaneously and configure in advance via a remote management platform. The VidiU Go supports AVC/H.264 and HEVC compression designed to work with slow internet connections and over cellular networks.

Instant Live Streaming

VidiU Go allows you to set your streaming parameters from VidiU Go's web and OLED interface, or pre-configure your device with the free VidiU app for iOS and Android.

HEVC Compression

VidiU Go includes both H.264 and HEVC compression, allowing you to choose the technology best suited to your project. HEVC video compression offers the same video quality as H.264 at half the required bandwidth, which makes it ideal for slow Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections or for saving on data costs when streaming over cellular networks.

Stream over Bonded Networks

VidiU Go uses the same bonding technology found in Teradek's broadcast systems. Combining the bandwidth from Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and up to two 3G / 4G / LTE modems helps prevent your stream from dropping or use several iPhone and Android smartphones as hotspots for increased bandwidth redundancy.

Stream to Multiple Destinations

Expand the reach of your content and build a larger audience by streaming to multiple platforms at the same time. With the optional Core cloud software, you can stream live on all of your favorite platforms simultaneously, including multiple Facebook pages, Twitch, and YouTube.

Remote Configuration

Remote management of the Core platform allows your team to configure and prepare the encoder ahead of time from anywhere in the world.
