About the Author:
Doug Jensen, the owner of Vortex Media, is a camera operator, producer, director, editor, consultant and trainer with more than three decades of video production and post-production experience. As a member of Sony's Independent Certified Experts (I.C.E.) team, he has taught many XDCAM workshops for Sony and other organisations. He is on the faculty at Maine Media Workshops, where he teaches courses on lighting, directing, producing, and camera operation. Doug has produced a number of instructional videos and books on many of Sony's high-definition cameras, including the PMW-F55, Sony PXW-FS7, PMW-F3, PDW-F800, NEX-FS100, PMW-200, PMW-EX1R, and others.
