The Sony FS5 EVF Recoil Pro V2 Gratical Eye Bundle is a shoulder rig designed specifically for the Sony FS5 camera.This is a Next Generation Recoil rig designed for optimal balance and comfort when shoulder mounted or on a tripod. With lenses and cameras being similar weights, the balance point is where the lens meets the camera body. In a shoulder mount rig, the balance point needs to be directly over your shoulder which puts the camera behind you. The Recoil rig adjusts for that balance point and relocates focus, monitoring and camera controls forward, creating a lighter, shorter and properly balanced rig.

Kit Includes

• VCT Pro Baseplate – this baseplate has a sliding top plate for quickly removing the camera from the rig or fast len changes, a built-in, curved shoulder pad, a v-wedge tripod connector (with ¼” 20 and 3/8" 16 screw option). It has removable and extendable 6.5” iris rods and rows of ¼” 20 screw holes along the sides for accessories. It has quick release 15mm rod parts in the rear. The recessed rod mount offers maximum accessory capable space under your camera lens.

• FS5 Trigger Grip – this grip relocates the Sony FS5 camera grip to a comfortable handgrip position. The Trigger Grips allows for single-handed 360° rotation with the simple press of a trigger. Flip down for a low, rock-solid handgrip. Raise it up for more of an Aaton style position. Or quickly flip all the way up to set your camera flat on the ground or for storing in a case.

• FS5 Top Plate – Designed to fit around the Sony top handle, this Top Plate gives you a side facing 15mm rod lock and multiple mounting screw holes.

• Axis Mini for FS5 – takes the highly regarded 0.61", 1280 x 1024 micro OLED panel found in their Gratical HD and packs into an EVF that weighs just 14 oz and fits into the palm of your hand. In order to keep the EVF small and compact, it features a round design and it equipped with only a single 3G-SDI input that supports up to 1080p60 video, a 2-pin LEMO power connector, and a USB port for firmware updates.

• Gratical Eye – The Gratical Eye SDI electronic viewfinder is the smallest and lightest of our Micro OLED EVFs. It fits in the palm of your hand and weighs only 14oz. This is an ideal SDI EVF solution for filmmakers using professional cameras and external batteries. The Gratical Eye has a 2 pin Lemo power jack and a single SDI input. A 75Wh battery can power the Gratical Eye for 14 hours! Mount the Gratical Eye to your Next Generation Recoil via the 1/4 20 rosette on the side with an Axis Mini.
