Improved Video Functions

The TG-7 pushes video functionality even further, offering new features to improve your videography experience. Vertical video support allows for seamless recording in vertical aspect ratios, perfect for vlogging and sharing on social media. Pro Capture mode buffers images when the shutter button is half-pressed, helping freeze the perfect moment in an action sequence. With four macro shooting modes, the TG-7 extends beyond its 4x optical zoom, offering versatile capabilities for capturing close-up scenes. Use Microscope mode to capture images with an incredibly short minimum focusing distance of 0.39". Switch to Microscope Control mode to zoom up to 44x closer. Focus Stacking mode merges multiple images to create one photo with a greater depth of field, while Focus Bracketing allows you to capture up to 30 images at different focus points for later compositing in post-production. These macro capabilities enable capturing fine details and exploring creative perspectives that are not easily visible to the naked eye.
