Description
The Aputure Light OctaDome 120 Bowens Mount Octagonal Softbox with Grid is a versatile and convenient tool for photographers and filmmakers. With its eight-sided design, this softbox can transform any Bowens-mount light fixture into a soft, diffused area light. Measuring 47" in diameter, it provides a large coverage area for even lighting.
To ensure the desired intensity and light quality, the OctaDome 120 is equipped with two front diffusers and an inner baffle. This allows you to fine-tune the lighting to meet your specific needs.
Despite its large size, this softbox is surprisingly lightweight, weighing only 3.75 lb. This makes it easy to transport and suitable for on-the-go shooting. It can also be flat packed for added convenience.
The interior of the OctaDome 120 features a silver coating, which helps maximize light output. Additionally, it comes with a foldable 45° grid that not only adds directional output but also helps reduce light spill.
Included in the set is a Bowens-type speed ring. However, the softbox is also compatible with other types of standard speed rings. This further enhances its versatility and allows it to be used with a wide range of lighting equipment.
