Repairs & Warranties

If your product is faulty, damaged or not working, and is covered under warranty, you will need to lodge a ticket below and will need to be returned to Rubber Monkey for processing.

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product you have purchased. You can return the items to one of our branches, listed below. Otherwise you will need to return the item to us via tracked courier.

If you wish to return a product, you will need to submit a request below. You can also return the product to our store. In both cases, the returns procedure will be in accordance with the terms set out in our Returns Policy.
