Utilising 32-bit ESS DAC converter technology to minimise quality loss and maximise performance during conversion, iD48 makes sure your audio sounds cleaner, clearer and more precise than ever. And with 126.5dB of dynamic range, you will hear subtle details better and identify problematic issues faster – making getting release ready results easy.

Digital I/O - Expand and conquer

Make short work of the most demanding sessions and future proof your studio with iD48’s optical input and output connections. Supporting both ADAT and SPDIF, iD48 lets you boost your I/O by adding up to 16 channels of external mic preamps to your setup.

Switchable Analogue Inserts

Utilising Dsub connections, iD48 provides eight fully balanced inserts letting you integrate your favourite outboard FX prior to conversion – giving you the cleanest signal path possible. Perfect for stem mixing and print-backs.

Switch it up

And for the first time ever, iD48’s Switchable insert routing enables you to select which source is feeding the ADC path. Letting you choose whether to send the Audient Mic Preamp or a DAW output to your outboard on a per channel basis and all without having to plug or unplug cables.
