Description

This Benro 67mm SHD NDX-LIMIT ULCA WMC Variable ND Filter (1 to 9 Stops) is characterised by an ultra-thin CNC matte black brass ring that adds only 5.3mm when attached to a lens, and is designed to provide 1 to 9 stops of light reduction. Varying the degree of stops is achieved by rotating the outer ring via a patented construction that limits the rotation between the "Min" and "Max" stop markings on the filter ring, preventing the appearance of traverse cross lines. The high performance B270 Schott optical glass from Germany is optically flat to prevent distortion and its edge is coated black to reduce reflections. In addition, the glass is multi-coated, incorporating a ULCA (Ultra Low Chromatic Aberration) coating to reduce chromatic aberrations and a Nano WMC Waterproof coating to render it scratch-resistant and water- and oil-repellent.
