The Manfrotto 454 Micrometric Positioning Sliding Plate provides photographers with the ability to make precise positioning adjustments within the clamp for macro shots or other precise copy work. This quick release system offers finger-tip control for fine adjustments, as well as a lock-release lever for quick set-up. Made of durable extruded aluminum, this plate features 1/4"-20 and 3/8" holes and screws for tripod and camera mounting. Users can interlock two plates at 90° for lateral and forward/back movement exceeding 4.7 inches. This plate is perfect for achieving the ideal framed shot in various photography applications, replacing the previous model with part number 3419.
