The Radial Engineering Catapult RX4L Cat5/Cat6 Snake for Line-Level Audio Routing is specifically designed for use with the TX4L to route four channels of line-level signal over Cat5/Cat6 cables into eight XLR jacks. Among the XLR outputs provided, four are direct and four are isolated. This unit is ideal for live sound reinforcement settings, enabling techs to establish quality audio connections with cost-effective cabling in large venues and stages. It is also beneficial for system contractors who can leverage the Catapult to move audio across different spaces using pre-existing networks. In addition to the XLR terminations, the Catapult features two RJ45-type etherCON connections - one for multi-channel input with the TX4L and the other as a throughput for sending signals to additional Catapults. The device offers flexibility with three possible pathways for audio distribution, a ground-lift switch to reduce noise on the Cat5/Cat6 line, a durable steel handle for easy transportation, and protective bumpers for the Ethernet jacks and ground-lift switch.
