Top Plate and lock system for Ninja Atomos V 5" Monitor Recorder to add mounting options and protect the attached HDMI cable

Description

The SHAPE HDMI Lock System and Top Plate for Atomos Ninja V 5" Monitor Recorder was designed with 1/4"-20 holes with Anti-Rotating Blockers and a cold shoe to mount additional accessories via the Top Plate to your monitor. The plates are made from CNC Machined lightweight Aluminium. The Lock System features 2 independant brackets that you can adjust to your HDMI cable size and fix securely in place with 2 thumb screws. The main bracket is designed with 2 threaded holes to firmly secure the device to the monitor.

    This kit, protects the HDMI ports without adding more mass than is necessary. It also adds more functionality to the top of the unit, via 5 of 1/4 x 20 threaded holes. One of these is under the cold shoe and not deep enough, so I won't be using that. The unit looks well constructed, although the finish is not as good as the Smallrig product that I have purchased. Having said that, it is of acceptable quality.
