Description
The 1.3 kg R2204 Carbon Fibre Tripod from Sirui is a 4-section support with carbon fibre-constructed tubes and a twist-leg lock system. You can disengage the locks; therefore, the legs are extendable, along with the rapid centre column, to a maximum height of 163 cm. With variable leg angles, you can splay the legs out, so the tripod drops to a minimum height of 38.6 cm. Even with the low height, the centre column is reversible to get closer to the ground, which is ideal for macro photography. The unique wing-nut design locks the collar to keep the centre column at its required height, and the tripod folds to a length of 52.6 cm to easily transport or store away. The rubber feet retract back to expose the stainless-steel spikes to further stabilise the tripod on icy surfaces or soft terrain.
