The Teradek Ranger MK II 2500 12G-SDI/HDMI Wireless Transmitter offers the ability to transmit lossless HD video up to 762m. It has been redesigned to cater to various applications such as broadcast, event, drone, and handheld. The transmitter can input up to 4K60 video over HDMI or 12G-SDI, supporting 10-bit HDR. It operates within a wide 4.9 to 6.4 GHz wireless range, which includes both licensed and unlicensed bands in the 6 GHz U-NII 5 spectrum.
Featuring a strong signal, the transmitter can travel up to 762m in a line of sight scenario. It also includes an SDI loop output for local monitoring, as well as one horizontal and one vertical N-type antenna. With the ability to support transmission of up to 4K60 video to six receivers, the transmitter ensures smooth and seamless connectivity. Additionally, it provides built-in AES-256 encryption to protect your video from unauthorised access. The transmission is visually lossless with zero delay when using any Ranger series receiver.
The transmitter can be easily configured using the Launchpad software application on your desktop or the Launchpad app available for iOS and Android devices. Both options connect via Bluetooth 5 and offer a spectrum analyser, channel selection tools, and remote configuration capabilities. The unit can be powered using a 2-pin DC input or the included V-mount battery plate. To ensure versatility, it also includes 1/4"-20 and M3 mounting threads for securely attaching the transmitter to cameras, cages, or rigs.
