Enhance the audio capabilities of your Sony XLR-H2 XLR Handle Unit, which adds two XLR inputs and supports higher-quality sound recording. This adapter enables recording at a 96 kHz sampling rate with 32-bit float processing and can create separate WAV files saved directly in-camera to help speed up editing. It connects through the camera’s Multi-Interface Shoe, providing a cable-free digital audio interface, and features dual ADCs with four-channel input.

Expanded connectivity and recording control

The unit includes two combo XLR-6.35 mm inputs as well as a 3.5 mm microphone input. For easier handling, it features physical controls and side-mounted dials, along with protective covers to help prevent accidental setting changes during a take.
