The PU-50 is an Arca-Swiss Style Quick Release Plate from Benro.
It measures 50 x 38 x 10mm (LxWxH) and allows you to mount most camera bodies and mid-size lenses to an Arca-type clamp. The plate is constructed of solid aluminium and features a 1/4"-20 mounting screw and anti-twist rubber inlays.
