The DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan (DJI RS 3) provides two replacement units for an additional charge in one year for accidents, letting you record with peace of mind.

Please Note: All Care Refresh products can only be activated on brand new OR un-activated product OR activated within the last 30 days. Please contact our sales team to process an order for Care Refresh with your handheld device purchase.
Once care refresh codes have been supplied, they can not be returned or refunded.

For Extensions:
- Extensions will only work via the 1 year plan. 2 years will not extend the plan.
- DJI Products are limited up to 3 years maximum for extensions. (Certain devices may not be applicable such as the DJI Neo with no extension ability)
- Extensions must be applied either during the validity of the plan OR within 14 days after expiry. Once expired the device can no longer be extended.
