The black d:screet SC4098 Supercardioid Podium Microphone, 75cm, Top Gooseneck Only with XLR Hardwire Connector from DPA lends itself to a host of applications such as a hanging mic, a floor mic, or a wireless podium solution. The mic offers high-speech intelligibility and clarity of voice, and it provides a linear, natural sound combined with a Scandinavian design and a nice visual look.
This microphone is designed around a d:screet miniature microphone capsule and interference tube technology. The controlled capsule's directional characteristic provides a high rejection of background noise and radio-frequency interference.

The SC4098 Supercardioid Podium Microphone is available in many variants. It comes in either black or white, with either an XLR or a MicroDot termination, and in five lengths ranging from 6 to 48"(16 to 122cm).
