The Electro-Harmonix Pico Platform Compressor and Limiter Pedal is a compact and powerful studio-grade compressor that comes in a smaller size. Based on the original Stereo Platform, this pedal condenses the compression capabilities into a pico-sized package, making it perfect for any pedalboard. With two modes and options for Hard/Soft Knee compression, it offers precise and professional control over your dynamics.
Achieve precise and powerful volume control and extended sustain on any instrument with the Pico Platform compressor/limiter. Whether you want to level out peaks and valleys in your signal or add a squeeze for extra sustain and pop, this pedal can do it all. It is extremely transparent, preserving the original tone of your instrument and allowing for easy integration into your existing setup.
Despite its compact size, the Pico Platform has a comprehensive control set. The Sustain control adjusts the compressor ratio or limiter threshold, allowing for subtle or extreme effects. The Blend knob adds seamless sustain while preserving attack and tone. The Attack control determines when the compressor activates after a transient. The Mode button allows you to choose between Compressor and Limiter modes, with options for Soft Knee or Hard Knee compression curves for different compression styles.
