Offering uncompromised versatility, GF30mmF5.6 T/S provides shift adjustments of up to ±15mm for more dynamic control of perspective. T/S adjustments are achieved by combining manual adjustments across the lenses two mechanisms.
Basic Tilt/ Shift Adjustment alters the direction of tilt and shift functionality by ±90°. Rotating Tilt/ Shift Adjustment allows the movement direction of the tilt and shift functionality to be set from orthogonal to parallel at 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90°.
For every image made with GF30mmF5.6 T/S, a built-in sensor detects and records the amount of shift and rotation dialled in. This essential information can be recalled instantly when processing RAW files for a seamless post-production workflow.
A specially designed lens tripod mount is included with GF30mmF5.6 T/S. It helps maintain a consistent nodal point when adjusting the tilt and shift functions on the lens for multi-photo composites. Creating with the tilt function controls depth-of-field, allowing the entire frame – or only a tiny part of it – to be in focus.
