The Hosa SBC-195 MIDI to PC soundcard interface cable is a Sound Blaster-compatible MIDI cable. It uses the joystick I/O port of the sound card in your computer and with a port pass-through connector it will allow you to keep a joystick connected while using the port for MIDI applications. The MIDI connections are female on the SBC-195, so you will need to purchase separately two MIDI cables of the appropriate length.
