Description

The JJC DLP-1II Deluxe Lens Pouch is designed to carry a typical SLR lens. This pouch features heavy-duty polyester construction with a foam cushion interior. It provides great protection and shock absorption for your lens. Besides, its exterior material is water-resistant, which can protect your lens from rain and moisture. It has deep blue two way zipper with a mesh accessory pocket inside the lid. The two zipper sliders are designed with small loops, thus you can lock them together with a small lock for security. You can put the small accessory, such as lens cap or remote controller, into the inside pocket.

Features 4 carrying options: 2 D-rings with a strap to be used as a shoulder strap, 2 webbed eyelet loops for a shoulder strap, rear double touch belt loop for use on waist belt and a grab handle on the top for convenience.

This DLP-1ii barely fits the Canon RF 20/24/35/50/85mm f1.4 L VCM lenses (with a single skinny filter + standard lens cap). These lenses are a fraction long for the internal space, despite the specs that may say otherwise. The zip will zip up, just, but is tight. For travel protection, this may be OK and if on a belt, you can slide the lens in and out easily (without lens hood) but might have trouble zipping it up while on your belt. The DLP-2ii is a better fit for the Canon RF 14/20/24/35/50/85mm f1.4 lenses although there is room at the top (except RF 14mm). The internal diameter is slightly larger and my 20mm fits in handily with the lens hood on both in use and also reversed, put in up or down. However the hoods of the other lenses are larger in diameter and I don't have to test. It should also fit a 50mm f1.2 nicely (without hood). The DLP-1ii does fit an RF 50mm f1.8 (or RF 16mm f2.8) plus RF 28mm, and the JJC lens hoods for the 50mm/16mm also slide in, just. The DLP-1ii will also fit the RF 24/35 f1.8 with room to spare. The padding is thick although at the seams there is less padded protection. The multiple attachment points will work one way or another, however the belt attachment rear flap with velcro is not particularly stiff; it only has slight stiffness. The zips do have lock loops. It is well-made and the blue zips add a little style.
