With a sleek silver machined finish, the Kupo KCP-241 40" Hex Grip Arm with Big Handle provides a reliable grip solution for photographers and filmmakers. This versatile tool features a 2-1/2" grip head attached to a 40" steel tubing, which has a diameter of 5/8" (16mm). The surface of the tubing is intentionally rough-textured to ensure a non-slippery grip.
The 2-1/2" grip head is comprised of rotating aluminium discs connected to a 5/8" (16mm) receiver. These discs are equipped with V-shaped jaws of different sizes - 5/8", 1/2", 3/8", and 1/4" - allowing for the attachment of various accessories with mounting studs or tubing. The teeth on the V-shaped jaws securely hold the mounted accessories in place.
Designed for maximum torque, the oversized ergonomic T-handle and dedicated roller bearings of the grip head provide exceptional control and comfort. At the end of the 40" grip arm, there is a baby hex-pin with 6 milled flat surfaces. This allows you to mount your light fixtures or other accessories and use the grip arm as a mini boom, with the set-screw of the fixture or accessory firmly locking onto one of the sides of the hex-pin to prevent rotation.
The grip head utilizes a non-slip aluminium friction disc that maintains its durability over time. This ensures strong and precise locking strength, giving users confident control over their equipment. The grip head is constructed around a solid steel central bolt with a fixed solid pin, adding further strength and durability to the aluminium casting.
