This Kupo Round Stud with 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 Female Thread is a brass pin with industry standard female threads at each end. The 5/8" stud can be threaded onto light stands, articulating arms, tripod screws, etc, that would benefit from having a 5/8" top stud.
