The Laowa Proteus 2x Anamorphic 28mm T2 Lens is a compact anamorphic lens capable of capturing high-definition videos with a 2x anamorphic squeeze. It is designed for cameras with S35+ sensors, such as the ALEXA 35 and RED V-RAPTOR. With a focal length of 100mm and interchangeable PL and EF lens mounts, this lens offers versatility. Its aperture range of T2 to T22 allows for a deep depth of field, while the 10 iris blades create a shallow depth of field and soft bokeh. The 2x anamorphic squeeze delivers a vintage, cinema-style anamorphic look. Additionally, the lens can cover a full-frame sensor when used with the optional 1.4x full-frame expander adapter.
