WARM from Antares is a plug-in tool that allows for "warming up" vocals using the company's renowned analogue tube modelling technology. To achieve its ends, the software utilises 2 tube models, a variable Drive control (to adjust the amount of dynamic saturation), and an "OmniTube" function to apply the tube effect to the entire signal (as opposed to just the transients).
Exteremely CPU efficient, and functioning as an Audio Units, RTAS or VST plug-in for Mac OS X or Windows based audio software, it is quite feasible to put the plug-in on virtually every track in a project without over stressing the computer's CPU.
