The NiSi JetMag Pro 95mm-95MAG Adaptor Ring for Matte Box connects lenses with a 95mm front filter thread to the NiSi JetMag Pro Matte Box and the 95MAG magnetic filter system. It screws onto the lens, gives it a JetMag Pro 95MAG magnetic mount for filters, and provides the dedicated ring the matte box clamp-on mount is designed to lock onto. It is the simple link that turns a 95mm lens into a complete light-control setup for photography and video.
Engraved For Matte Box, this is the dedicated version of the 95mm to 95MAG ring, made to pair with the NiSi JetMag Pro Matte Box so its clamp-on mount can lock on quickly and sit square to the lens through fast-paced shooting. Unlike the standard JetMag Pro adaptor rings, it is made specifically to fit the matte box’s clamp-on mount, so the matte box sits stable and secure.
The ring screws into any lens with a 95mm front filter thread and converts it to the matching JetMag Pro 95MAG magnetic mount, with no step up in size. Large-front zooms and primes with a 95mm thread get full access to the 95MAG filter range and the matte box through one ring.
95MAG is the larger of the two JetMag Pro mounts the matte box supports. With this ring fitted, your 95mm lenses can use the 95MAG range for landscape and video work alike, from ND and CPL to VND and Black Mist, all inside the matte box without swapping hardware.
Screw the ring onto the lens once and leave it there. On 95MAG setups the order matters: clamp the matte box onto the ring first, then attach your filters. To take the matte box off, remove the filters first, then release the clamp. Once locked, the clamp-on mount holds firm with no tools to carry, so setup stays quick when the light is changing.
With the ring fitted, the 140g NiSi JetMag Pro Matte Box clamps on to add serious flare control. Its matte interior absorbs reflections and holds contrast across the frame, while the removable carbon fiber top flag shades the front element from overhead sun and hard practical lighting, on stills and video shoots alike.
Filters snap onto the 95MAG mount magnetically and come off just as fast, so you can react to changing light instead of fumbling with threads. The patented locking mechanism then holds the stack firmly, keeping filters secure in wind, spray, and hurried handovers, even with several filters mounted together.
Because it is a JetMag Pro 95MAG mount, the ring works with the full 95MAG filter range. Landscape photographers can stack ND and CPL, filmmakers can reach for VND or Black Mist, and creative shooters can add Black Magic Diffusion or Cross Screen 4x without changing hardware. One ring, all your filters.
The matte box is supported by seven thread adaptor rings: 67mm, 72mm, 77mm, and 82mm to 82MAG, plus 82mm, 86mm, and 95mm to 95MAG. A 95mm Clamp-On Cine Lens ring adds cinema lenses with a 95mm outer diameter, so one matte box moves between stills bodies and cine rigs. Add a ring for each lens thread you shoot.
Whether you are shooting landscapes into a low sun, running a gimbal through a fast-moving scene, or filming with a 95mm lens on a video set, the NiSi JetMag Pro 95mm-95MAG Adaptor Ring for Matte Box is the secure link between your lens, your JetMag Pro 95MAG filters, and professional light control. Screw it on once, and the matte box and your filters are ready whenever the light calls for them.
