The Schneider Kreuznach 240mm f/4.5 LS AF Lens from Mamiya Leaf is a prime telephoto lens that provides a 35mm-equivalent focal length of 149mm when used with Credo 80/60 digital backs, or 189mm with Credo 40 backs. The integrated leaf shutter offers precise shutter speed control and enables flash synchronisation at speeds up to 1/1000 sec.

The medium telephoto length is ideal for wildlife, landscape, and nature photography, as well as portraiture and beauty, due to the long reach, compression of space, and the minimal vibration caused by the leaf shutter. An internal focusing design maintains the overall lens length during shooting and a built-in lens hood helps to protect the front element and minimise lens flare.
