The Proel Bulk Digital Multicore 8 Way Cable (Per Meter) complies with AES/EBU standards. The low capacitance of the insulated and individually twisted conductor pairs, together with the 110 Ohm impedance, eliminates signal delay and ensures bit-error-free transmission, even over long distances. PROEL CMD Series AES/EBU cable features a drain wire for each single pair of conductors. Thanks to these characteristics, the cable is suitable for all applications requiring long-distance wiring, with a maximum length without performance decay of 130 m. Each pair is individually insulated with an aluminium foil shield and PVC jacket, and is number-printed on both sides. The conductor insulation is made of white/blue XLPE.
