The Prompter People Proline Plus 15" Trapezoidal HB Teleprompter with 15" Reversing Monitor is equipped with a 15" 1000 cd/m² reversing monitor, 60/40 beamsplitter glass, and a 17' reading range. Designed for studio work, the shape of the beamsplitter allows on-air talent to easily read the text even if they are not directly facing the prompter. This teleprompter is compatible with a wide range of camcorders, from MiniDV to ENG. With an aluminium extrusion frame, the prompter can hold the camera without the need for counterweights. Height and angle adjustments ensure that the camera is centered and positioned for optimal viewing by the presenter. The teleprompter can be folded for convenient transport and storage. You have the option to mount the camera to the prompter and then attach the setup to your tripod, or use the FreeStanding kit to mount the camera to the tripod and separately place the prompter in front of the camera.
Included with the teleprompter is the Flip-Q Pro software, featuring a dual-screen scrolling engine that reverses the secondary PC or Mac laptop output without affecting the operator's display. This allows for the use of non-reversing VGA displays at a lower cost. The software has an RTF text editor, supports importing RTF and TXT files, and offers various customization options such as colour backgrounds, fonts, preset font settings, user-selectable cue points, run lists, and more. With the software provided on a USB dongle, it can be used on multiple computers by simply plugging in the dongle to the desired device.
