The Rycote Stereo Cyclone Windshield Single Mic 1 offers users acoustically transparent protection for location sound mixers and recordists that use a single Audio-Technica BP4029 (A835ST) stereo microphone for production. It features a Connbox design that reduces room tone and resonance. Its Lyre mic suspension and Floating Basket Suspension improve vibration isolation and minimise handling noise.
The 3D-Tex material delivers great attenuation of wind noise, and the magnetic locking design allows one-handed opening and closure. It includes a Cyclone basket, a model-specific shock-mount system with proprietary Lyre microphone suspension and Floating Basket Suspension design, and an XLR holder on 3/8"-16 threaded base.
