The SmallRig x Potato Jet 6286 TRIBEX PRO Monopod (Video Version) is a professional monopod. Featuring the new-generation X-Clutch hydraulic technology, a single handle allows all leg sections to extend and automatically lock in just one second, delivering a fast and efficient operating experience. The entire extension process is smooth and quiet, and the height can be adjusted quickly to meet different shooting needs.
Constructed with carbon fiber legs, the monopod balances lightweight portability with high stability and load capacity. It uses a 3-section design, supports up to 25.0kg (55.1lb), and weighs only 2.6kg (5.72lb). Its working height ranges from 90.0 to 170.0cm (35.4 to 66.9in), with a folded length of 89.0cm (35.0in).
The video version comes with a compact fluid head, featuring a damping system, allows you to pan the camera smoothly. When its center of gravity height is put at 50mm, the panning, and pre-set fixed counterbalance system can help precisely control the camera or other rigs weighing up to 4kg (8.8lb) for great counterbalance. The video head can carry as much as 6kg (13.2lb). It has a newly-designed snap-on quick-release plate mount, a more efficient mounting solution than traditional slide-on ones, which is DJI RS series quick release plate and 501PL quick release plate compatible to realize a free switch between stabilizer shooting and tripod shooting.
The Monopod also features 1/4"-20 threaded holes for attaching accessories like magic arms, along with a built-in flat head screw for convenient camera installation and removal. The silicone feet pads have hidden spiked feet that suit varied complex terrains and can be used after unscrewing the silicone feet pads.
Note:
Before shooting, make sure all locks are secure.
Avoid use in sandy or dusty environments to prevent damage.
The monopod supports a vertical load of 25.0kg (55.1lb) at a height of 160.0cm (63.0in) without a video head.
Actual load capacity may vary depending on the equipment type, lens, accessories used, and center of gravity.
If submerged in water, allow the monopod to dry completely before use.
