Description
The Sony Alpha 7R IV features a newly developed 61 Megapixel back-illuminated image sensor, the first of its kind. This remarkable new sensor delivers 15 stops of dynamic range for extraordinarily detailed rendition of subtle details, while tweaked & refined algorithms ensure pleasing colours and skin tones.
Combining 567 on-sensor phase detect autofocus points with refined tracking algorithms, the Alpha 7R IV boasts extraordinarily sophisticated autofocus abilities, with real-time tracking and eye autofocus enabled for both still and movie recording. All of this is available for full-speed 10fps image capture with AF.
The body of the Alpha 7R IV has recieved a huge raft of tweaks and improvements to ensure reliability and intuitive operation. Dust and weather sealing has been enhanced, with improved gasketing for all buttons and ports. A deeper grip and improved button feel make for a more enjoyable shooting experience and more comfortable operation, and the new 5.76 million dot OLED viewfinder provides a new level of accuracy and detail while shooting.
