This LanParte EP-5A Battery Dummy enables the use of V-Mount batteries to supply power to Nikon D3100/D3200/D3300/D5100 DSLR and CoolPix P7000 cameras. This adapter enables the use of longer-lasting V-mount batteries in lieu of the smaller EN-EL14a batteries. The battery dummy fits into the camera's battery slot and its attached cable (or the longer spring cable) connects to the DC-out port on the LanParte V-mount battery plate (plate not included). The included coiled-spring cable stretches up to approximately 45".
