The new PX series power amplifiers from Yamaha utilise Yamaha’s renowned digital signal processing technology and unparalleled professional audio expertise to achieve a light, durable design, capable of delivering maximum output power to the speakers while simultaneously protecting them with optimised processing.
The Yamaha PX3 Stereo Power Amplifier delivers 300W at 8 Ohms in a lightweight chassis and is suitable for a wide variety of sound-reinforcement applications. Part of the Yamaha's PX Series of power amplifiers, it is Driven by a newly-developed Class-D amplifier with a single custom LSI chip, and uses PLL technology for higher efficiency and lower noise. The Power-Boost mode combines the power output from two channels into one, achieving significantly higher single-channel power levels (the number of channels available is then halved).
Key Features:
- Dual-channel Class D power amplifier with built-in PA management processing
- Connectivity includes XLR and TRS inputs and speakON, binding post, and phono outputs
- Power Boost Mode bridges the outputs to achieve double the wattage (reduces output to a single channel)
- Built-in PA management tools such as EQ, limiting, delays, crossovers, and filters
- LCD display for easy navigation of advanced features
