Description

Add multimedia functionality to your computer with the Aluratek USB Type-C Multimedia Hub. This device plugs into a USB Type-C port, which can be found on newer Chromebook and MacBook laptops. Once connected, you get access to two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports, an HDMI output, and built-in SD and microSD card slots. 4K HDMI Output

Connect an optional HDMI cable to a TV in order to mirror or extend the display of your notebook. Mirroring will show what's on your laptop's display, giving you a larger monitor to work from. Extending the display adds the TV to your laptop's display for increased desktop real estate.

This connection also lets you view and share multimedia files your TV. Play files from your laptop or the hub's built-in USB ports or SD card slots. The HDMI port supports up to 4K resolution displays.

USB 3.1 Gen 1

This hub features two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports that can be utilised to expand the capabilities of your laptop, such as adding external storage, transferring files, and connecting peripherals. When transferring files, you will enjoy speeds of up to 5 Gb/s.

SD Memory Card Slots

A standard-sized SD card slot and microSD card slot are built into the hub, allowing you to easily transfer files from mobile devices, such as a camera, smartphone, or tablet.
