The Car Charger for Phantom 3 Quadcopter from DJI allows you to charge the battery for the Phantom 3 and the Phantom 2 Vision from a car cigarette lighter plug, or from a portable 12 VDC battery that has a cigarette connection.
Note that this is not a universal RC battery charger. The Phantom 2 battery has special regulation and power management circuitry built-in; whereas typical RC batteries require a separate balancing lead to manage recharging.
