The Delta Optics Forest II 8.5x50 Binoculars are a great companion for your next twilight nature watching or hunting adventure.
Fully multicoated 50mm lenses make these awesome binoculars great at capturing light and directing it efficiently to your eyes. This makes them wonderfull in low light conditions like dawn and dusk.
Quality coated BaK4 roof prisms allow your Forest II binoculars from Delta to produce images that are crisp, clear and bright. A slightly more uncommon 8.5x magnification gives you the best of both worlds, with a relatively wide field of view whilst still allowing you to get up close with the world around you.
Waterproof and fog-proof thanks to their nitrogen purging, you can rely on your Forest II binoculars to produce bright images and hold up in wet conditions.
If you’re looking for some binoculars for birding, animal watching or hunting in lower light conditions, and you don't want to spend the earth, then look no further than these awesome 8.5x50’s from Delta.
The Forest II 8.5x50 model is comfortable to use, provides a relatively large field of vision and a large exit pupil distance of 22 mm from the eyepiece. The large 5.9 mm exit pupil makes the binoculars an excellent tool for observing at dusk, dawn and even at night when the light conditions are poor.
In the entire Delta Optical Forest II series, the optical system of the binoculars consists of 8 elements arranged in 6 groups, and in the construction we used high quality roof prisms made of BaK4 glass with corrected phase, whose reflective surfaces are covered with silver for an extremely sharp and bright image.
In addition, in Forest II models, all active optical surfaces of the lenses are covered with high quality multi-layer FMC anti-reflection coatings. Thanks to them, binoculars are characterized by high light transmission and neutral image colouring. The well-detected interior of the tubes prevents unwanted reflections and "ghosts" from appearing in the picture.
All binoculars from the Forest II series have a smoothly moving central focusing knob and individual diopter correction in the right eyepiece. Rubber adjustable twist-up eyepiece shells slide out, allowing you to adjust the eyepieces to the individual needs of the observer. The Forest II series binoculars can withstand even the most difficult weather conditions. Their tight housing allows them to be used freely in wet conditions and even in the rain. Forest II binoculars can withstand 5 minutes of immersion in water, up to a depth of 1 m, and nitrogen filling prevents the optics from fogging up inside the housing.
