Elinchrom ELB 1200 Power Pack

With its sleek, modernized casing and reduced form factor, Elinchrom introduces the powerful, portable ELB 1200 Power Pack. The pack's good looks and convenience features are backed by high performance. Speed is the operative word. The pack can deliver its 1200Ws symmetrically or asymmetrically in 1/10 or 1 stop increments with 8.5 stops of power variability from 7 to 1200Ws. There are three flash modes: Eco, Default and Fast, and the pack recycles to full power in 1.7 seconds in Fast Mode. Flash duration is an action-stopping 1/8850 second at 33% power with the Action Flash Head.

Elinchrom Lithium-Ion Battery Air 90 Wh

The Lithium-Ion Battery Air for ELB 1200 Pack from Elinchrom is a power source for the ELB 1200Ws battery powered pack. It will provide 215 full-power flashes and an 80-minutes LED run time for the optional flash head's modeling light. The charger for ELB 1200 Lithium-Ion Battery recharges the Air battery that provides power for the ELB 1200. Charging time is 1.5 hours and a full charge gives the Air battery 215 full-power flashes and 80 minutes of LED run time.

The Elinchrom Dock AC Power Supply for ELB 1200 Power Pack from is a handy AC power alternative for the ELB 1200 for photographers with access to mains current. The 1.9 kg Dock offers recycling times of 0.06 to 1.8 seconds and runs on universal 100 to 240 VAC voltage.

Elinchrom ELB 1200 Action Flash Head

The Elinchrom ELB 1200 Action Flash Head is one of 3 flash heads redesigned for use with the ELB 1200 battery-powered pack. Made for speed, the Action head has a short action-freezing flash duration of 1/8850 with the power pack set at 172Ws. Featuring aluminum construction, the head conserves battery power with the use of a 50 W LED modeling light with a tungsten equivalent of 250 W. The lamp is daylight balanced with a high CRI of 92 allowing it to be used for video if desired. The lamp gets 80 minutes of run time with the standard ELB 1200 battery. The fan-cooled head has a Silent Video Mode for sound-sensitive venues. Modeling light settings include On, Free (user-selectable) Proportional (to selected power level), Dimming and a 1-60 second Timer. A VFC (Visual Flash Control) shuts down the light after exposure and turns it back on when the pack has recycled. The ELB 1200 Action Flash Head has a 5/8" receiver for light stands and will accept both 7 and 8 mm umbrella shafts.

The Elinchrom 3.5 mm Jack to EL-Amphenol Sync Cord is 5 m long, and it is used to hardwire Elinchrom flash packs or monolights in cases where the units are too far-spread for the optical slaves to function. It may also be used in cases where your radio slave is ineffective, or not allowed.
