These revamped kits also bundle in the 17.8 cm Quadra Grid Reflector which provides an additional boost to light output and the EL-Skyport Transmitter Plus, which can remotely control and trigger your strobe from up to 200 m away. Additionally, it comes with a ProTec Location Bag that can protect and organise all of your gear during transport and storage.

Designed for both power and portability, the ELB 400 Quadra Pack is run off a rechargeable Li-ion battery that can deliver an impressive 424 Ws of power while keeping the weight to just 1.3 kg. The pack can also recycle as fast as 1.6 seconds at full power and works with the Quadra Action Flash Head to reach flash durations as short as 1/5700 second to freeze action. The ELB 400 is also characterised by its integrated EL-Skyport receiver, which is compatible with the included EL-Skyport Transmitter Plus for wireless remote triggering and power control from up to 656' away. This transmitter allows you to trigger and set flash power for up to four groups, as well as an ALL groups setting, and 16 different channels, which are split between eight normal channels and eight hi-speed channels. A locking metal accessory shoe connector allows you to secure the transmitter directly to a camera, a top hot shoe and a 2.5mm sync port are available for directly connecting an additional strobe, and a swivelling design helps to improve reception for more direct transmission.

Exceptionally compact, the ELB 400 Quadra Power Pack from Elinchrom provides a portable flash option for users of Quadra heads. Its size makes it easy to carry around, either on a belt or using the included shoulder strap. It boasts a 424Ws output and 6.9-stop power range as well as asymmetrical 2:1 outlets for two flash heads. Another advantage of this system is the integrated EL-Skyport radio receiver, which allows users to pick up an optional remote to gain remote triggering and high-sync support. Additionally, it can produce up to 350 full-power flashes from the included battery pack.

In terms of speed, the ELB 400 boasts recycle times of 0.17-3.5 seconds and flash durations of 1/1200-1/2800 when at 100% power. The Protective Cap for Quadra Head from Elinchrom is a preventative measure against shock or impact damage to the strobe head's flashtube and modelling lamp. Made of lightweight polymer, the cap bayonets securely on the head in place of a reflector. As a safety measure, the embossed Elinchrom logo can be seen clearly in case the modelling light is turned on.

The Elinchrom 17.8 cm Grid Reflector for Quadra Heads bayonets directly on the RQ S or RQ A head and accepts 17.8 cm 12, 20 or 30 degree Elinchrom grids to narrow the beam diameter.

This is an Elinchrom Sync Cable 3.5mm to Amphenol - 40 cm that fits older Elinchrom packs and monolights that have the lock-ring style of sync connection. This cable connects the EL-Skyport Universal Receiver to Classic Elinchrom flash units with the EL-Amphenol Syncron socket. The mono jack is 3.5mm. The cable measures 40 cm.

The EL-Skyport Transmitter Plus from Elinchrom is the latest evolution of EL-Skyport wireless radio triggers. Sixteen channels are available: 8 in Normal and 8 in Speed mode, with 4 discrete groups for different or sequentially triggered lighting setups at distances up to 656'. Channels 1, 3, and 7 are compatible with all enabled EL-Skyport units while channels 1, 3, 7, 9, 12, 15, 18, and 20 are only compatible with the ELC Pro HD flash head and the ELB 400 battery pack system. A 2.5mm sync socket extends the transmitter's versatility to cameras without hot shoes or for hard-wired flash units. The EL-Skyport Transmitter Plus runs on easily sourced AA batteries.

The ProTec Location Bag from Elinchrom is designed for the ELB 400 or previous Quadra series flash system. Made of high-quality nylon, the 60.5 x 21.7 x 31.4 cm padded bag features YKK zippered closure and movable dividers in a light-coloured interior that makes it easy to find black photo gear in dim light. There's plenty of room for an ELB pack and 2 Quadra flash heads. The bag has 2 side pockets for accessories and a smart sleeve for securing it to your luggage. A rain cover is included for inclement weather while touch-fastener straps on the exterior hold light stands, tripods, or umbrellas. Carrying options include a hand strap plus an adjustable shoulder strap.
