I have dropped this thing, warn it in the rain, even in the shower when the power was off and it just keeps on going. It seems to go for weeks on short runs using the red light option but it lasts a long time on the white light too. I have never timed just how long. I rely on its built in flashing light warning system to inform me just when to charge it. And with that I should say it charges straight threw the side under one of the end caps which is very convenient using USB C, I have several different headlamps but use this one all the time. Its head strap is very comfortable and it is easy to operate and does not slip down while using it like some have a habit of doing, I fully recommend this unit to all who need a really good hands free light, It is well worth the money as it is a quality machine that just takes all I give it and keeps on shining bright.Read more Read less
